In order to commission during openings, please fill out the current google form or request a commission via the Ko-Fi commission tab! I will post a link on my social media for any public openings.

Payments are made through PayPal via invoice or via Ko-Fi

For PayPal invoices, the payment is due within 10 days, if the payment hasn‘t been sent by the due date I will cancel the commission and you lose your spot in the queue

I start the commission after receiving the full payment

Please have a visual reference of your character, working from description alone is possible but will come with an additional charge of up to 50% depending on complexity (This does not apply to custom designs, of course)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise beforehand, I will always send you a WIP shot of the sketch for approval so you can request changes if needed

Any major changes after the sketching phase may come with an additional charge unless it's a mistake I made (e.g. the wrong pattern etc.)

Turnaround time is usually a few days up to a month, however, it can take longer than that depending on personal life, queue etc. so please tell me beforehand if there has to be a set deadline! (e.g. when it's a seasonal commission or birthday present)

I am able to decline a commission for any reason

I reserve the right of using the commissioned art as a commission example and post it on my social media unless you specifically ask for a non-disclosure agreement (fees might apply on a case-by-case basis), I am however not obligated to post your commission

Post it to social media (credit highly appreciated)

Privately use it however you want (get a print for personal use, use it as an icon etc)

Make edits to the artwork (as long as it isn't hateful/harmful in any way)

Commercially use the artwork unless discussed beforehand (fees may apply)

Claim that you drew it yourself

Erase my signature

Use the commissioned art for NFT's/AI art in any way

I will only provide a full refund if I haven't started on the commission, if I have started I can give a partial refund depending on how far I have come

I will also provide a full refund for any commissions that I am personally not able to finish

I will not give any refunds after the commission is finished

All refunds have to be given out by me, chargebacks or disputes are not permitted
